We are leading by the same dedicated and enthusiastic professionals with over 15 years experiences in business applications development and implementation services. We have obtained various awards for the self-developed Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and were well recognized by the industry.
COL has cultivated comprehensive professional services capabilities with the CMMI Level 3 qualification to cope with the proliferated demand for business applications and the enhanced complexity in the technological era.
COL's application implementation services cover Human Resources Management System (HRMS), cloud-based expense claim system, mobile applications, document management, insurance solutions and custom-built solutions.

  • Integrated with Wharf T&T to become an ICT services provider in Hong Kong
  • Provided an Outsourcing Scanning Service for an insurance company to digitise policy contracts of over 7,000,000 pages
  • Deployed Employee Self-service Platform to a major local bank for their online leave, attendance and personal information administration

  • Became Hyperion Implementation Partner and provided a web-based application for planning, budgeting, consolidation and management reporting into a continuous closed-loop process for large multinational corporations
  • Provided Payroll Outsourcing Service for a Hong Kong listed company, global leader in industrial manufacturing with 1,200 employees

Developed the first Insurance Application, hence rolling out to other regions

Implemented Oracle Human Resources Application to a Hong Kong statutory organisation to support payroll processing for over 2,500 employees
