Companies now have a handful of convenient payment processing systems for increased accuracy and timeliness. COL co-hosted the workshop with Top Image Systems Limited (TIS) to showcase best-practice e-Claim Module and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) – eFLOW to automate complicated payment processes. Participants showed keen interests in how technology achieves simplicity and efficiency.

COL was one of the exhibitors of the 33rd Annual Conference & Exhibition of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM). Participants had raised a wide range of discussions on effective HR administrative management and strategic planning. More than 1,800 human resources professionals joined the event with phenomenal responses to COL’s full-featured HRMS and web-based systems to motivate businesses.

COL was the gold sponsor for the IT Conference organised by Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). The conference had brought together about 300 passionate accounting professionals to engage in becoming the next generation technology-empowered end users. Participants had shown great interests in COL’s web-based administrative management systems to streamline workflow without huge time and capital investment.

COL and Milon Wine Cellar joined hands to hold the unprecedented workshop, showcasing HR excellence and wine knowledge in a relaxing yet informative way. The workshop was well received by human resources professionals, who thoroughly enjoyed the tips of Human Resources Management System and significant insights in uplifting HR management, as wells as wine-selection and wine-tasting knowledge.

Jointly held by COL and Introv, this workshop showcased the effective implementation of Human Resources Management System, Enterprise Resources Planning and Document Management System that can equip enterprises with the visibility to make better and faster decisions.

This year’s summit had gathered over 250 senior human resources professionals on 10th September to share their valuable experience and insights on “Workplace Diversity”. COL grasped the chance to showcase how our various HRMS solutions can help HR professional better manage their human capital in today’s diversified workplace.

Document control is essential for all organisations and departments. Partnered with CASSolution, a corporate and security solutions provider, COL demonstrated how to turn document control from time-consuming chores to ease and value through the implementation of Document Management System and ISO certification.

To help enterprises manage their documents efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity of the information, COL partnered with Certis to organise this workshop to introduce how Document Management System can protect office documents from unauthorised access, amendment and deletion, which also provides track record on all users’ activities.

The seminar organised by A-Performers.com attracted around 180 HR professionals to exchange ideas on improving employee engagement for higher productivity. In the seminar, COL showcased its complete suite of HRMS, including HR Pro, We Pro and DecisionHR, as well as its Document Management System, Doc:brary which helps HR professionals manage daily administrative chores with ease and shift their focus to strategic workforce development.

This workshop was jointly organised by Enterprise Content Management Solutions experts, COL, ACW and TIS, to help enterprises drive business automation by introducing the solutions which streamline and simplify a myriad of complex processes involving different users and documents.

Electronic document management will only be executed effectively in the presence of well-chosen hardware and software to take care of the scanning, management and backup process. In this workshop COL and ACW provided the tips in choosing the best-fit document management solutions which facilitate document scanning, searching, sharing and versioning with security control, audit trail and backup.

A Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Trend Survey was conducted by COL in 2012 with significant implications to MOBILE and GREEN practice in today’s HR operations. COL organised a sharing session to help enterprises derive effective HR strategy from the insightful survey findings. A suite of well-developed Mobile App, Employee Self-service Platform and Document Management System was also demonstrated to help enterprises meet with the new HR trend.

In view of the surging needs for strategic performance management and employee development to create a sustainable talent pipeline among enterprises, COL partnered with a leading talent measurement solutions provider, SHL, to demonstrate how to systemise the appraisal process and improve organisational effectiveness using cutting-edge Human Resources Management System, Document Management System and performance assessment tools.

COL met up with over 150 HR professionals at the HR Magazine Conference to showcase its complete suite of Human Captial Management solutions. As one of the biggest HR networking event in town, this conference focused on discussing the hottest issues and upcoming trends regarding compensations, benefits and Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF).

COL and Cyberwisdom jointly presented and demonstrated the best-of-breed HRMS, e-Learning System and Document Management System in this workshop to help HR professionals manage the process, content and documents of organisational training and development in an efficient and effective manner.
